The Kinks

The Kinks are a British rock band that was formed in 1963. The band consisted of Ray Davies (lead vocals, guitar), Dave Davies (guitar, vocals), Pete Quaife (bass), and Mick Avory (drums). The Kinks are known for their eclectic and influential music, which blends elements of rock, pop, and British music hall. The band had numerous hit singles, including "You Really Got Me", "All Day and All of the Night", and "Lola". The Kinks were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994.
