Ted Kotcheff

Ted Kotcheff is a Canadian film director, producer, and screenwriter. He is best known for directing the 1982 film First Blood, which starred Sylvester Stallone. Kotcheff has also directed other notable films, including Excalibur and The Singing Detective. He has received numerous awards and nominations for his work, including a BAFTA nomination for Best Director. Kotcheff continues to be active in the film industry, directing and producing films to this day.
