Silvia Reyes was a Uruguayan student and activist who was killed in the 1974 military coup. She was a member of the Tupamaros movement and was known for her activism and her involvement in the student movement. Reyes was just 19 years old when she was killed, and her death was a major blow to the Tupamaros movement. She is still remembered and honored today as a symbol of resistance against the military dictatorship.
