Shelley Rigger

Shelley Rigger is an American political scientist and professor at Davidson College in North Carolina. She is an expert on Taiwanese politics and has written extensively on the subject. Rigger has also taught at several other universities and has been a visiting scholar at various institutions. She is known for her research on Taiwanese democracy and its relationship with China. Rigger has a PhD in political science from the University of Chicago and has published several books on Taiwanese politics.
