Seree Suthirat is an expert on climate change policy and governance. He has worked extensively on climate change policy development and implementation, and has advised governments and international organizations on climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies. Dr. Suthirat is currently a researcher at the National Institute of Development Administration in Thailand.
