Sean Scully

Sean Scully is an American abstract artist. He was born in 1943 in Brooklyn, New York, and has been associated with the New York School of Abstract Expressionism. Scully's work has been exhibited in numerous museums and galleries around the world, including the Museum of Modern Art and the Tate Modern. He has also taught at various art schools and has written several books on art and aesthetics.
