Sean M. O'Brien

Sean M. O'Brien is the General President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, a position he has held since 2017. Prior to his election, O'Brien served as the President of the Teamsters Local 707 in California. He has a strong background in labor organizing and has worked tirelessly to promote the rights of workers. O'Brien has also been a vocal advocate for social justice and has worked to build alliances between labor unions and other progressive organizations. He is based in Washington, D.C.
