Sam Bowman

Sam Bowman is a British economist and writer. He is a founding editor of Works in Progress, a think tank that focuses on libertarian ideas. Bowman has also served as director of competition policy at the International Center for Law & Economics and as executive director of the Adam Smith Institute. He is known for his work on economic policy and his criticism of government intervention in the economy.
