Rod Graves is an American football executive and civil rights activist. He is the Executive Director of the Fritz Pollard Alliance, a non-profit organization that works to increase diversity in the NFL. Graves has been a vocal advocate for minority hiring in the league and has worked with various teams to implement diversity initiatives. He is a native of New York and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
