Robin Ellis

Robin Ellis is a British actor and narrator, best known for his role as Ross Poldark in the BBC television series Poldark. Born on July 24, 1944, in London, England, Ellis studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA). He has appeared in numerous stage and screen productions, including the BBC's Poldark, where he played the lead role of Ross Poldark for five seasons. Ellis is also a narrator and has worked on several documentaries and audiobooks. He is married to actress Jane Merrow.
