Pier Giorgio Parini

Pier Giorgio Parini is an Italian chef and restaurateur. He was born in 1970 in Rimini, Italy, and began his career as a pastry chef in the Alajmo restaurant. Parini went on to become the head chef of the Povero Diavolo restaurant in Poggio Torriana, but has since moved on to become a consultant and inspirer for various food projects. He is known for his creative approach to food and his passion for innovation.
