Philip Phillips

Philip Phillips was a 58-year-old man from Wasilla, Alaska, who was convicted in absentia of sexually abusing a minor. After fleeing town post-jury selection, he became a fugitive. He was eventually shot and killed by Alaska State Troopers during a violent standoff.
