About Perkin
Perkin Warbeck was a pretender to the English throne during the reign of King Henry VII. He was born in 1474 and claimed to be the true heir to the throne, citing a supposed marriage to Elizabeth of York. Warbeck's claim was supported by some nobles, but it was ultimately unsuccessful. He was captured and executed in 1499.
