Pedro Waldo was a French theologian and founder of the Waldensians, a Christian movement that emerged in the 12th century. He is known for his radical views on poverty, simplicity, and social justice. Waldo was born in 1170 and died in 1221. He is considered one of the most important figures in Christian history.
