Born in 1962 in Iowa, USA. Graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in journalism. Awarded Pulitzer Prize for Feature Writing in 2015 for his series on human migration out of Africa. Currently walking over 24,000 miles to document the history of human migration. Collaborated with Tyler on his podcast episode.
