Patricio Aylwin is a Chilean politician and economist. He served as the President of Chile from 1990 to 1994. Aylwin was a key figure in the transition to democracy in Chile after the military coup. He is known for his economic policies and his efforts to promote social justice. Aylwin has also written several books on economics and politics.
