Pat Conroy was an American Jesuit priest and politician. He served as the chaplain of the United States House of Representatives from 1971 to 1977. Conroy was a prominent figure in the Catholic Church and was known for his advocacy on social justice issues. He wrote several books on politics and spirituality. Conroy passed away in 2014.
