Orkut Büyükkökten

Orkut Büyükkökten is a Turkish entrepreneur and computer programmer. He is best known for creating the social networking site Orkut, which was launched in 2004 and was later acquired by Google. Büyükkökten has also founded several other companies, including Hello, a social networking platform that aims to introduce like-minded people to each other. He has received several awards for his contributions to the tech industry, including the 2011 Webby Award for Lifetime Achievement. Büyükkökten has also been recognized for his philanthropic work, particularly in the area of education. He has been named one of the most influential people in the world by TIME magazine.
