Moncef Slaoui

Moncef Slaoui is a Moroccan-American scientist and former head of Operation Warp Speed, the U.S. government's Covid-19 vaccine program. He has a Ph.D. in immunology from the University of Geneva and has worked at various institutions, including the National Institutes of Health and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Slaoui has been recognized for his work on vaccine development and has received several awards, including the National Medal of Science. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and has written articles for various publications.
