Michael Woodpiles

Michael Woodpile is a British singer-songwriter and musician, best known as the lead vocalist and guitarist of The Woodpiles. Born in 1961 in Reading, England, he formed the band in 1986 with his wife, Fiona Woodpile. The band gained popularity for their eclectic and eclectic folk-rock sound. They released several albums throughout the 1990s and were known for their hit single, 'Postcard'. Michael Woodpile has also worked as a solo artist and collaborator with other musicians.
