Matt Bruenig

Matt Bruenig is an American economist and policy expert. He is the director of policy at the People's Policy Project, a progressive think tank. Bruenig has written extensively on economic policy, including the impact of the Affordable Care Act and the need for a single-payer healthcare system. He has also worked as a researcher at the Economic Policy Institute and has written for several publications, including The New York Times and The Guardian. Bruenig is a graduate of Harvard University and has a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard. He is known for his expertise on healthcare policy and his advocacy for progressive economic policies.
