Marion Koopmans

Marion Koopmans is a Dutch virologist and professor at Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam. She is an expert in infectious diseases and has worked on various projects related to SARS and other coronaviruses. Koopmans was appointed by the World Health Organization to lead the investigation into the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic.
