Marie Marvingt

Marie Marvingt was a pioneering French aviator and adventurer who became famous in the early 20th century. She was known for her fearless spirit and numerous achievements, including being one of the first women to pilot an airplane, crossing the English Channel in a balloon, and serving as a combat nurse during World War I.
