Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa is a Portuguese politician serving as the President of Portugal since 2016. He was the Prime Minister of Portugal from 2011 to 2015 and a member of the European Parliament from 2004 to 2009. He is a member of the Social Democratic Party (PSD).
