Marcelo Freixo

Marcelo Freixo is a Brazilian environmental activist and politician. He is the founder of the Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST) and has been a key figure in the organization's efforts to promote land reform and social justice. Freixo has also been involved in several high-profile campaigns and has written several books on environmental and social issues. He is based in Brasilia, Brazil.
