Leader of the Rogers Rangers during the French and Indian War
Major Robert Rogers was a British military officer who led the Rogers Rangers during the French and Indian War. He was born in 1731 in New Hampshire and served in the British army during the war. Rogers was known for his bravery and tactical skills, and he played a key role in several important battles. After the war, he returned to New Hampshire and lived a quiet life. Rogers died in 1795 at the age of 64.
