About Mahmud
Mahmud Almadhoun was a Palestinian chef and humanitarian who operated a soup kitchen in the northern Gaza Strip. He was killed in an airstrike in November 2024. Almadhoun was known for his work in providing food and aid to those in need in Gaza. He was also a vocal advocate for human rights and social justice.
