Lucy Duff Gordon

Lucy Christiana Sutherland was born in 1863 in London, England. She married Sir Cosmo Duff Gordon in 1888 and became Lady Duff Gordon. She was a renowned fashion designer and owner of the House of Lucile, one of the most influential fashion houses of the Edwardian era. Lady Duff Gordon was known for her exquisite designs and her ability to create stunning gowns for royalty and high society. She was also a pioneer for women's rights and empowerment. Lady Duff Gordon passed away in 1935.
