Linji Yixuan

Linji Yixuan, also known as Rongzhi, was a Chinese Chan master and philosopher who lived in the Tang dynasty. He is known for his teachings on the nature of reality and the importance of direct experience. He is considered one of the most important figures in the history of Chan Buddhism.
