Lee Harvey Oswald

Lee Harvey Oswald was an American former Marine and employee of the Texas School Book Depository. He is infamous for his alleged involvement in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Oswald was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and grew up in a troubled home. He served in the Marine Corps and later moved to the Soviet Union, where he defected. He returned to the United States and worked at the Texas School Book Depository before the assassination. Oswald was shot and killed by night club owner Jack Ruby before he could stand trial.
