Kylie Hoogendorn, a 23-year-old woman, tragically lost her life in a devastating car accident in East Anchorage. The incident also claimed the life of her four-year-old daughter. Kylie's son survived the crash but sustained life-threatening injuries. The accident occurred around midnight on July 28 near Northern Lights Blvd and UAA Drive.
