Konkoly-Thege Miklós

Founder of the Konkoly-Thege Miklós Csillagászati Intézet

Hungarian astronomer and founder of the Konkoly-Thege Miklós Csillagászati Intézet. Born in 1902, he received his PhD in astronomy from Eötvös Loránd University. He was a prominent figure in Hungarian astronomy and made significant contributions to the field. Konkoly-Thege was also a popular science writer and has written for several Hungarian newspapers and magazines.
