Kevin Joseph Farrell is an Irish cardinal and the current camarlengo of the Holy See. He was born in 1957 in Dublin, Ireland, and studied theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University. Farrell was ordained as a priest in 1981 and served as a bishop in Ireland before being appointed as the camarlengo in 2019. He is widely respected for his wisdom and experience in the Vatican.
