Kepi Ghoulie is an American musician, singer-songwriter, and comedian. He has released several albums with his band The Maxwell's Heelmen, a side project of Tim Heidecker. In the 1980s he was part of punk rock bands and played in various bands in Los Angeles. His music often combines elements of punk, ska, and surf rock.
