Kelsey Loring

Kelsey Loring is an American policy analyst for energy and natural resources. She works at the Natural Resources Defense Council, a non-profit organization focused on environmental issues in the United States. Born in 1995 in Washington, D.C., Loring holds a degree in Public Policy from Harvard University. Before joining the NRDC, she worked as a legislative assistant for Senator Maria Cantwell.
