Katie Britt is an American politician serving as the senior United States Senator from Alabama. She was born in 1974 in Birmingham, Alabama. Britt graduated from the University of Alabama and later earned a law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. She served in the Alabama Senate from 2014 to 2020 and was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2020. Britt is a member of the Republican Party.
