Julius Rosenberg

Julius Rosenberg was an American communist and convicted spy. He was a member of the Communist Party USA and was involved in anti-war activities. Rosenberg was born on August 12, 1918, in New York City, New York, USA. He graduated from the City College of New York and later attended law school. Rosenberg became involved in espionage during World War II and was recruited by Soviet intelligence. He was arrested in 1948 and executed for treason in 1953. Rosenberg's case was highly publicized due to his involvement with the Communist Party and his role in the espionage ring.
