John Raitt

John Raitt is an American actor, singer, and radio host. He is best known for his work on Broadway and in film, particularly in the 1940s and 1950s. Raitt has also hosted several radio shows, including the Lux Radio Theatre. He is a veteran of the US Army Air Forces and served in World War II. After the war, he began his career in show business, appearing in numerous stage productions and films. He has won several awards for his performances, including a Tony Award. Raitt has also been involved in various charitable organizations, including the USO.
