Jogesh Bhandari, along with his wife Meena Bhandari, was convicted for orchestrating a massive pandemic fraud during the COVID-19 crisis. They swindled U.S. companies out of millions by selling fake personal protective equipment (PPE). Their fraudulent activities included creating a fake escrow system to siphon payments without delivering any goods.
