Jason Wang

Jason Wang is a chef and entrepreneur known for his work at Xi'an Famous Foods, a New York City-based restaurant chain specializing in Chinese cuisine. Born in 1985 in Xi'an, China, Wang moved to the United States to pursue his culinary dreams. He has worked in several high-end restaurants and has been featured in various food publications. Wang is also a recipient of the James Beard Foundation Award for Rising Star Chef of the Year. In his free time, Wang enjoys experimenting with new recipes and ingredients.
