Jackie Kay

Jackie Kay is a British poet, novelist, and broadcaster. She was born in Scotland to Jamaican parents and has written extensively about her experiences as a black Briton. Her poetry collections have won numerous awards, including the 2014 T.S. Eliot Prize for Best Collection. She has also written novels such as 'The Breadwinner' and 'Trumpet'. Kay is known for her powerful voice and has presented several radio shows, including the BBC's 'Tribute' series.
