Jack Reape

Jack Reape is a person with a history of driving offenses and substance abuse. He was involved in a fatal crash where he was driving under the influence of laughing gas and alcohol, resulting in the death of 17-year-old Chloe Pearson and critical injuries to others, including her twin sister Abigale and their grandparents.
