Ian St John

Ian St John was a Scottish footballer and broadcaster who played for Liverpool and the Scotland national team. He was known for his speed, skill, and goal-scoring ability on the pitch. St John was also a popular television presenter and commentator, known for his enthusiasm and knowledge of the game. He was a key figure in the Liverpool team that won the First Division title in 1964 and the FA Cup in 1965. St John was also a successful businessman and entrepreneur, and was involved in several charitable organizations. He was awarded an MBE in 2001 for his services to football. St John passed away in 2007 at the age of 83.
