Harold Norman Harrison was an American science fiction and fantasy author, best known for his novel 'The Stainless Steel Rat' series. He is also known for his work on the 'Metalocalypse' TV series, where he acted as a voice actor. He wrote over 20 novels and numerous short stories throughout his career.
