George Frideric Händel

George Frideric Händel was a German-born British composer and musician. He is best known for his orchestral suites and choral works. Händel was a prominent figure in the Baroque period and was known for his innovative use of harmony and counterpoint. He was also a skilled organist and composer of sacred music. Händel was born in Halle, Germany in 1685 and died in London in 1759.
