Francesca Hoffmann is a German green politician and EU spokesperson. She was born on February 12, 1980, in Berlin, Germany. Hoffmann studied politics and economics at the Free University of Berlin and later earned a master's degree in European studies from the University of Amsterdam. She worked as a journalist and politician before becoming the EU spokesperson for the Green Party.
