Fran Landesman is an American poet, lyricist, and singer-songwriter. She has written songs for her friends Barbra Streisand and Bette Davis, and has been influenced by Jarvis Cocker and Damon Albarn. Landesman has published several collections of poetry and has performed her work on various stages. She has also appeared on various radio shows, including Desert Island Discs.
