Figen Murray

Figen Murray is a mother who lost her son in the 2017 Manchester Arena bombing. She has been advocating for Martyns Law, a bill that requires public venues to have terror response plans and implement security measures, since 2019. Murray has worked tirelessly to raise awareness and push for the law's implementation. She has seen positive changes, such as the implementation of high footfall screening technology at Manchester Arena and Madame Tussauds. Murray is determined to see the law implemented by April 3, 2027.
