Fabiola Gianotti

Fabiola Gianotti is an Italian physicist and diplomat. She is the current Director-General of CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research. Gianotti has a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Geneva and has worked at CERN for over 30 years. She has held various leadership positions at the organization, including serving as the spokesperson for the ATLAS experiment. Gianotti is also a member of the European Commission's High-Level Expert Group on Artificial Intelligence.
