Ethan Phillips is an American actor and comedian. He is best known for his role as Neelix in the TV series Star Trek: Voyager. Phillips has also appeared in numerous other TV shows and films, including The Simpsons, Frasier, and The Larry Sanders Show. He has won several awards for his performances, including an Emmy Award. Phillips is also a stand-up comedian and has performed at various comedy clubs and festivals. He has been married to actress Julie Payne since 1997.
